Use of this website
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. Content is provided for general information about our services and may change without notice.
Services
IT services are provided under a separate written agreement, quote or statement of work. If those documents conflict with these terms, the agreement governs.
SMS program
Program name: Lemieux Technologies Support Alerts. When you opt in through our contact form or verbally with our staff, Lemieux Technologies LLC will send you text messages about support tickets, service appointments, and service or outage alerts. We do not send marketing messages through this program.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase or service.
Opting out & getting help
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the number that messages you. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts. To rejoin, opt in again through our contact form.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless provider.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
Privacy
Our use of your information, including your mobile number, is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
This site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Lemieux Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or SMS program.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
